We had a wonderful experience working with Kristen and if we ever would need a realtor in the future, she would be our "go-to" person. We really hit the jack pot with getting to work with her. We started out looking at rental homes with her and then later worked with her to buy a home. We built a new home and it was a little over a year long process. She was always available to us, always seeing if we needed anything, very accommodating, knowledgeable about the process, and personable. While renting she recommended places to us such as good places to eat, vets for dogs, places of interest, etc. - and she didn't have to but she did. Talk about 5 star service for us. We were moving across the country and could not have asked for someone more accommodating. We can't say enough about what a complete joy it was to work with her. Her attention to detail while building was great and several times I remember thinking or saying "oh i hadn't thought about that" so that was great to get another perspective. We moved to Charlotte from California and she has been a huge help with everything ranging from the purchase of our home to getting repairs done.
